2. All quality checks & safety instructions are done and explained before handing over the products & accessories
3. It is important you select an experienced and professional cleaner to refurbish your gown. No hand or machine wash.
4. If you are storing the gown on a hanger, use the straps sewn on the waistline to relieve pressure on the shoulder from the weight of the skirt.
5. Although you will receive the gown in protective plastic we recommend that you remove the plastic, stuff the bodice with white acid free tissue paper and wrap the dress in a protective white sheet or unbleached muslin covering.
6. Store the gown in a cool and dry place. Attics or basement storage is not recommended.
7. Do not use iron press, relax the gown on a hanger and refresh it with a garment steamer. Each gown is handmade individually and any sequence/bead work or appliqués needs to be handled with extra care.

Avoid using any liquid while wiping the jewellery. Ensure to store jewellery, hair accessories and tiaras in a box with cotton & away from sunlight as this may cause them to discolour.
