Terms and Conditions

  1. Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged
  2. Brides are required to check all goods before leaving the boutique. Kindly go through the checklist given, we are not liable for any damages or missing items after delivery.
  3. Ownership of all products will remain with Menorah Bridals until full payment is made.
  4. In case you would like us to hold a gown for a period of one week, while you make a decision on the purchase of said gown, a non-refundable token advance of INR 5,000/- is to be made towards the gown.
  5. To book the gown, we take a 50% non-refundable advance, and the balance is to be paid at the time of delivery.
  6. We accept bank transfers, card payments, and UPI payments. No cash transactions.
  7. Being a premium boutique, we have a fixed rate policy.
  8. All gowns are exclusive, but not one-of-a-kind unless they are customized.
  9. We reserve the right to post on our social media handles to showcase our products as and when required. We will not post bride pictures or names without prior permission.
  10. Per appointment we allow the trial of 3 gowns. If you would require a 2nd appointment to try on more gowns, we will charge a nominal and a non-refundable fee of INR 1000/- per appointment. The same will be waived off once the gown is booked on the SAME DAY of your 2nd appointment only.
  11. We do not charge for alterations, but in the event you require extra detailing on your gowns, veils, etc., an extra charge will be levied against the total bill value.
  12. We suggest planning your bridal attire (if customised) at least 4-6 months in advance. This gives us enough time to comfortably complete gown orders, barring any obstacles. At any point in time, changes cannot be made once an order is placed.
  13. All approvals for a customised gown are done digitally, and the order will not be placed without prior confirmation.
  14. Booking an appointment is necessary so that we are able to allot 2 hours for your trial. Ensure that you have trusted friends and family who will help you make well-informed decisions.
  15. We recommend in-person measurements to avoid last-minute major alterations.
  16. Every customised gown is made as per physical measurements taken once the order is confirmed. During the final trial, if the gown does not fit as per the measurements taken during order confirmation, we will make an alteration if allowance fabric is available on the gown, without hampering the style of the gown. We will not be liable for weight fluctuations or differences in prior measurements taken.
  17. When a gown is purchased off-the-rack, only minor alterations can be done to the gown in-house based on the body type of the bride and allowance available in the gown. Addition of sleeves, alterations to the neckline, backline etc will not be possible on a readymade gown. Cover-ups will be given is needed. 
  18. Our gowns come in a variety of sizes, ranging from XS to XL. It is possible that you will not find a perfect fit, but it can be customised to your size depending on your body type. Length can be altered only if the gown does not have a lace border.
  19. We charge an extra fee for any Plus size gown customisations
  20. All our jewellery, hair accessories and tiaras sold at Menorah Bridal are ‘fashion jewellery’ (AAA Quality), which is silver or platinum-plated with Swarovski crystals Zirconium and rhinestones. You will be given directions on how to store the product before and after your wedding.
  21. We have rules and regulations in place to provide our brides with a comfortable and hassle-free experience for both parties involved. We reserve the right to refuse service in the event our rules and regulations are not followed, respecting each other’s privacy.
  22. As we are a Premium Boutique and not a Retail Store, our terms and conditions are strictly followed without compromising on the bridal experience as a whole.
  23. The materials used on gowns are satin, lace and tulle which are not stretchable. It is essential to avoid extreme movements that may cause the fabric to snag and tear.

Handle with Care 

  1. Your gown requires special cleaning instructions and care 
  2. With proper care, your wedding gown will remain a keepsake forever. 
  3. It is important you select an experienced and professional cleaner to refurbish your gown. No hand or machine wash. 
  4. If you are storing the gown on a hanger, use the straps sewn on the waistline to relieve pressure on the shoulder from the weight of the skirt. 
  5. Although you will receive the gown in protective plastic we recommend that you remove the plastic, stuff the bodice with white acid free tissue paper and wrap the dress in a protective white sheet or unbleached muslin covering. 
  6. Store the gown in a cool and dry place. Attics or basement storage is not recommended. 
  7. Do not use iron press, relax the gown on a hanger and refresh it with a garment steamer. 
  8. Each gown is handmade individually and any sequence/bead work or appliqués needs to be handled with extra care. 
  9. Ensure you take immediate care in case of stains. 
  10. All our jewellery are sourced from international markets having AAA quality and comes under the term of fashion jewellery. They are silver or platinum plated studded with different stones like zirconium and rhinestones as well as Swarovski crystals. 
  11. Post wedding, jewellery and tiara needs to be wiped down with a microfibre or a soft cloth and then placed in a box with cotton.  Avoid using any liquid while wiping the jewellery. 
  12. Ensure to store jewellery and tiara away from sunlight as this may cause them to discolour. 
  13. All quality checks done and safety instructions are explained before handing over the gowns and accessories. 
  14. Gowns with zips and corset tie-ups must be handled with utmost care while in use. We will not be responsible for any damage once it leaves our boutique.
